Summary
At TonicTrack you can learn to play guitar and improve your skill. TonicTrack is community driven, any user can create content to share his knowledge with the world.
There are several aspects of the TonicTrack that sets it apart from other guitar tutoring sites. A brief summary will be given below, take a look at other lessons in this track to learn more about them.
Start learning right away
TonicTrack has a powerful "Learn!" function. You can choose a tag that describe your needs and TonicTrack shows you the way.
Tracks
Tracks hold lessons together around some theme, like beginner or lead guitar. Instead of finding individual lessons, you just follow a track that consist of several lessons.
Your progress
TonicTrack keeps track of your progress on lessons. You can easily view the lessons you've done and review them.
Voting
TonicTrack uses a voting system for lessons and tracks. The best tracks and lessons are most easily found by users.
Browsing
Off course the old-fashioned way still works: just browse through tracks, lessons, etc.
Writing lessons and tracks
Everybody can write lessons and tracks. A powerful markup language (called Markdown) is used to format the lessons. It's also easy to embed images, mp3's and youtube video's into lessons.
